Star of the Term: Katherine and Karen

This is a special award given at the end of term; special because it is voted for by the whole house.   These two received the same amount of votes, so it was lovely to give it to them both.   Katherine and Karen are both in the Shell and have really embraced the Aberdeen House spirit.  They cook for the whole House, they are on hand when they are needed and give their time willingly.  Congratulations and well deserved.

Star of the Week: Amber

Amber took responsibility and organsied the House after the House Hockey.   She was instrumental in getting the organised, fed with mince pies and watered with hot chocolate.  A great event.   Well done

Thank you to Matron, the Cleaners and Tutors

The girls gave their thanks to the Cleaners, Ellie and Shannon. To Matron, Sheila, who holds the House together with her care and attention.   And to the lovely Tutors, whose care and thoughtfulness have enabled the girls to flourish.

Busy last day

So the last day has come and Santa visited Aberdeen.   Secret Santa presents were handed out by Santa and his helpers.

Christmas Talent Show

It was a great success and pupils had a great time listening to the several different acts.   It was great to see Ashley Johnston up on stage with Amanda Chan and Steph Bland (old Aberdions).
