'Our Greatest Fear'
Out greatest fear is not that we are inadequate,
but that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that frigthens us.
We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant,
gorgeous, handsome, talented and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about skrinking
so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God within us.
It is not just in some; it is in everyone.
And, as we let our own light shine, we consciously give
other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our fear,
our presence automatically liberates others.

Stars of the Week: Karen and Catherine
Catherine and Karen have really been Stars this week. When one of their House mates injured themselves they calmly and maturely dealt with the situation. Well really have shown themselves to be caring and supportive members of the House.
Last weeks Stars of the Week: Ellie and Fran
Ellie and Fran were rather camera shy - which is unlike them, so missed out on picture for last week's Star of the Week. They were amazing in the run up to the House Music competition where they lead the House to an amazing 2nd place throughout the whole College. Well done.

Saturday Night with Mertens

Lena was spoilt on her birthday
Lena was treated to homemade cakes on her birthday. LouLou and others made some amazing cakes to celebrate.
In House Saturday fun
Last night Laura, Tasha and Ellie organised in house entertainment for the House - fun games, followed by popcorn and ice-cream and DVD's. A great time was had by all.
